Das Guest Lecture Seminar ist als Blockseminar zu dem Themenschwerpunkt "Education from an international perspective" konzipiert. Es werden verschiedene internationale GastwissenschaftlerInnen 1-2 Tages Workshops in Englischer Sprache mit unterschiedlicher Schwerpunktsetzung ihres Arbeitskontextes durchführen. Jeder Workshop-Tag wird mit einer Einführung bzw. einem Überblick über das spezifische Thema sowie mit einer „Lecture“ starten. In der „Lecture“ stellt der/die GastwissenschaftlerIn seinen/ihren Arbeits- bzw. Forschungsschwerpunkt vor, thematisiert die eigene wissenschaftliche Perspektive, Methodologie und Forschungszugänge seines/ihres professionellen Handlungsfeldes.
Vor dem ersten Blocktermin wird eine deutschsprachige Vorbesprechung stattfinden, in der die konkreten Inhalte und der exakte Ablauf des Seminars erläutert werden. Ferner wird dort die vorbereitende Seminarliteratur bekannt gegeben. Die Teilnahme an der Vorbesprechung ist ausdrücklich erwünscht!

Master of Arts: Voraussetzung ist die Zulassung zum Master of Arts Erziehungswissenschaft

Das Seminar richtet sich an Studierende im Masterstudiengang sowie an Studierende im Hauptstudium Diplompädagogik. Eine regelmäßige Anwesenheit wird für die Vergabe von Leistungspunkten vorausgesetzt. Ferner wird die Bereitschaft vorausgesetzt, am Seminar aktiv in Form von Diskussionen, kleineren Gruppenaufgaben, etc. teilzunehmen.

Die Seminarliteratur wird in der Vorbesprechung bekannt gegeben.

Die aktive Teilnahme/Studienleistung im Masterstudiengang wird durch die regelmäßige Teilnahme am und die aktive Mitarbeit im Seminar (z.B. Diskussionen leiten/moderieren; Gruppenaufgaben vorstellen/präsentieren, kleinere Projekte erarbeiten etc.) erworben. Im Diplomstudiengang kann ein Schein erworben werden. Die Scheinkriterien werden in der ersten Seminarsitzung bekannt gegeben.
