Lineare Algebra ist eines der grundlegendsten and nützlichsten Werkzeuge der Mathematik. Sie ist neben der Analysis eine der beiden Grundveranstaltungen des ersten Jahres des Mathematikstudiums. Die Vorlesung Lineare Algebra I wird im Sommersemester durch die Vorlesung Lineare Algebra II fortgesetzt.

Die Vorlesung behandelt folgende Themen:

Mengen, Relationen, Abbildungen, vollständige Induktion, Gruppen, Ringe und Körper
Vektorräume, lineare (Un-)Abhängigkeit, Basen, Dimension und direkte Summen
Lineare Abbildungen, Kern, Bild, Isomorphiesätze, Homomorphismenräume und Dualräume
Matrizen und darstellende Matrizen

Bibliography

Es gibt zahlreiche Literatur über lineare Algebra. Eine Auswahl bilden die folgenden Bücher, die auch in der Universitätsbibliothek zu finden sind. Das Buch von Fischer wird besonders empfohlen.
