Mediation und Schulstreitschlichtung ist ein wichtiger Versuch, der Gewalt an Schulen etwas entgegenzusetzen und den SchülerInnen die Möglichkeit zu bieten, de-eskalierende Verfahren kennenzulernen und einzuüben. Forschung zur Akzeptanz und Verbreitung von Schulstreitschlichtung liegt teilweise vor, jedoch nicht in hinreichendem Umfang, nicht religionsspezifisch und zu wenig aus der Perspektive von Schülerinnen und Schülern. Das Forschungsseminar soll hier nicht nur in die Diskussion einführen und zur Analyse der vorliegenden Forschung Gelegenheit geben, es bietet insbesondere im Sinne forschenden Lernens die Möglichkeit zur begrenzten, aber aktiven Teilnahme an einer empirischen Untersuchung - die durchaus auch für Modulabschluss-, BA- und MA-Arbeiten anschlussfähig sind.

Dies ist ein Forschungsseminar. Die Vergabe von Leistungspunkten erfolgt daher in erster Linie aufgrund der Mitarbeit in der Forschung, d.h. bei der Umfrage an Schulen der Region, der Eingabe der Daten, dann jedoch auch aufgrund der Analyse und Diskussion der Ergebnisse an Sitzungstagen, die wir gemeinsam terminieren.
