Die Konversationsanalyse ist ein weit verbreiteter Forschungsansatz, der die Organisation und Struktur von sozialer Interaktion in den Blick nimmt. Aus diesem Forschungsansatz haben sich in den letzten Dekaden Weiterentwicklungen u.a. im Hinblick auf das Erfassen von Zweitsprachaneignungsprozessen ergeben. Im Seminar wollen wir zunächst einmal die grundlegenden Gedanken der Konversationsanalyse erarbeiten, um anschließend diejenige Weiterentwicklung in den Blick zu nehmen, die Zweitsprachaneignung zum Gegenstand konversationsanalytischer Untersuchungen machen. Gemeinsam werden wir eine solche Untersuchung in Teilen nachzeichnen. Dabei werden wir eine feine, für konversationsanalytische Zwecke hinreichende, Transkription anfertigen und konversationsanalytische Interpretationen durchführen. Ziel ist es, einen Einblick in die Konversationsanalyse für Zweitsprachaneignung (CA-SLA) und deren Vorgehensweise zu erhalten und zudem kritische Punkte zu diskutieren. Das Seminar wird vor Ort in Präsenz stattfinden.

- Besuch des Grundlagenseminars Forschungsmethoden in der empirischen Fremdsprachenforschung (MaDaFGer-FAM) in einem vorherigen Semester
- Bereitschaft zum Lesen englischsprachiger Texte
- Bereitschaft zur regelmäßigen und aktiven Teilnahme
