In der Praxisphase wird eine Fördergruppe mit 6-8 Schülerinnen und Schülern mit einer Doppelstunde pro Woche betreut. Die Förderungen finden im Berufskolleg "am Tor 6" in Bielefeld statt. Schwerpunkt der Arbeit liegt auf der individuellen Diagnose und Förderung.
Die Förderung wird bereits in den Semesterferien kurz nach dem Blockseminar "Fördern im Mathematikunterricht der Sekundarstufe I" (Belegnummer 240388) beginnen.
