Die berufliche Ausbildung - auch als duale Berufsausbildung bezeichnet - hat in Deutschland eine lange Tradition. International wird das duale Berufsausbildungssystem hoch angesehen
In Deutschland wird sie jedoch aktuell immer noch kritisch diskutiert und steht stark in Konkurrenz zum Studium.
Die Veranstaltung gibt einen Einblick in das Feld berufliche Ausbildung und wird u.a. folgende Themen diskutieren:Geschichte der Berufsausbildung
Einflüsse wie Globalisierung, Akademisierung und Bildungsreformen
Digitalisierung in der Berufsausbildung
Zielgruppen und Akteure in der Ausbildung
Ausbildungsinhalte und Kompetenzen
Entwicklung des Ausbildungspersonals
Didaktische Vermittlung in der Ausbildung
Azubi-Marketing
Ausbildung von morgen
Neue Ansätze in der Praxis (Praxisbeispiele)Es wird erwartet, dass sich die Teilnehmer*innen regelmäßig und aktiv am Seminar beteiligen.
