Bei diesem Seminar handelt sich um eine Einführung in das Feld der betrieblichen und beruflichen Weiterbildung. Die organisationalen Strukturen und Lernformen dieses wichtigen Handlungsfeldes von WeiterbildnerInnen und PersonalentwicklerInnen werden beleuchtet. Dies erfolgt systematisch anhand einer verpflichtenden Seminarlektüre (ca 270 Seiten), die im Laufe des Seminars von allen gelesen und bearbeitet werden muss.
Der Seminarplan und weitergehende Literaturhinweise werden in der ersten Seminarsitzung vorgestellt.
Methode:
Neben der vertieften theoretischen Auseinandersetzung mit dem angeführten Grundlagentext sollen praxisorientierte Erkundungen zu den Lehr-Lernarrangements in der beruflich-betrieblichen Weiterbildung durchgeführt werden.
