Das Seminar hat das Ziel, in das Verfahren der Sequenzanalyse einzuführen. Das bezieht sich zum einen auf die methodologische Grundlegung, d.h. es werden Texte diskutiert, in denen basierend auf unterschiedlichen Theorietraditionen sequenzanalytische Verfahren entwickelt werden. Zum anderen soll die Sequenzanalyse als Auswertungsverfahren praktisch eingeübt werden. Dazu kann auch von den Teilnehmenden empirisches Material eingebracht werden.
Damit ein ausreichender Zeitrahmen für die zeitintensive Interpretationsarbeit zur Verfügung steht, findet das Seminar 4-stündig in zweiwöchentlichem Rhythmus statt.
