Wie plane ich meine Klonierung? Wie lege ich die PCR-Primer? Wie werte ich DNA-Sequenzen aus und erstelle schließlich eine Karte von meinem Plasmid? Standen Sie auch schon mal vor solchen oder ähnlichen Fragen und suchten Unterstützung? Dieses Seminar bietet die Möglichkeit, an konkreten Problemen aus der täglichen Praxis unterschiedliche bioinformatische Werkzeuge kennen zu lernen und auszuprobieren. Das beinhaltet die Benutzung von MS-Word und Texteditoren genauso wie Anwendungen auf Webseiten, Gratissoftware, aber auch kommerzielle und lokal verfügbare Programmpakete. Alle, die ein Laborpraktikum, eine Bachelor-, Master- oder Doktorarbeit im molekularbiologischen Bereich planen oder bereits machen, sind eingeladen, Fragen und Themen mitzubringen und eigene Tipps und Tricks an andere weiterzugeben.
