Das Seminar führt in förderdiagnostisches Denken und Handeln ein, betrachtet die einzelnen Elemente dieses zirkulären Prozesses und stellt verschiedene Konzepte für individuelle Förderung in diesem Sinne vor. Die Berücksichtigung von Schülerinnen und Schülern in erschwerten Lernsituationen sowie Unterricht in heterogenen Lerngruppen spielen dabei eine wichtige Rolle. Die AO-SF wird mit seinen rechtlichen, organisatorischen und diagnostischen Merkmalen behandelt.
Das Seminar nutzt asyncrone und syncron-digitale Lernformen.
