Seminar: Literatur und Strafrecht

Die Beziehungen zwischen Strafrecht und Literatur sind vielfältig, produktiv und spannend. Im Seminar soll es um „law in literature“ gehen, also um die literarische Verarbeitung strafrechtlicher Fragen. Genauer: Im Vordergrund steht die Spiegelung der strafrechtlichen Praxis in verschiedenen literarischen Genres. Als solche Genres kommen in Betracht: Krimis (Kriminalliteratur), die Werke von Ferdinand von Schirach oder auch Autobiografien von Strafverteidigern.

Als Leistungskontrollen werden angeboten: Grundlagenscheine, Seminarscheine und Hausarbeiten im Schwerpunktbereich 8 (Bereich 1).

Interessierte melden sich bitte im eKVV an. Am Seminar können maximal 25 Personen teilnehmen. Die endgültige Auswahl der Teilnehmer erfolgt frühestens im September 2021 (bis dahin können sich alle Interessierten eintragen).
Das Seminar soll in Präsenz stattfinden. Dabei sind – nach einer Vorbesprechung – mehrere Treffen im wöchentlichen Abstand (mittwochs 12-14 Uhr) sowie eine Ganztagsveranstaltung vorgesehen. Genauere Informationen folgen, sobald abzusehen ist, welche Veranstaltungsformen entsprechend der Corona Schutzverordnung möglich sind.
