230482 Possessivkonstruktionen — Syntax, Morphologie, Semantik (S) (WiSe 2021/2022)

Sprachen drücken mit sogenannten Possessivkonstruktionen (oder Besitzkonstruktionen) eine Vielzahl von semantischen Relationen zwischen Possessor (Besitzer) und Possessum (Besitz) aus. Darunter fallen zum Beispiel unveräußerliche Relationen wie Körperteile ("ihre Augen") und Verwandtschaftsbeziehungen ("seine Mutter"), veräußerliche Relationen ("ihr Fahrrad"), oder grammatische Relationen (wie "John's" in "John's singing is driving me crazy.").

Sprachen unterscheiden sich auch in der morphosyntaktischen Realisierung solcher Ausdrücke: im Deutschen gibt es Possessivpronomina, in vielen Sprachen, zum Beispiel dem Türkischen, stattdessen Possessivaffixe. In diesem Kurs betrachten wir syntaktische, morphologische, und semantische Aspekte von Besitzkonstruktionen im Deutschen und im Sprachvergleich.
