Neben der theoretischen Verortung der Methode im Spektrum Personalentwicklung und einer kurzen theoretischen Einführung bietet der praxisorientierte Workshop hauptsächlich Gelegenheit, verschiedene Methoden & Übungen aus Teilnehmerperspektive kennenzulernen und auf ihre Einsatzmöglichkeiten in der beruflichen Praxis zu reflektieren sowie - am zweiten Wochenende - in die Trainerrolle zu wechseln und vorbereitete Übungen selber anzuleiten.

Requirements for participation, required level

Bereitschaft, auch bei winterlichen Temperaturen raus zu gehen, da wesentliche Teile der Veranstaltung Outdoor geplant sind.
