Für die Wiederholungsklausuren (§ 43 Abs. 2 StudPrO 2020) ist gemäß § 38 Abs. 1 StudPrO 2020 eine Anmeldung erforderlich.
Zugelassen werden nur die Studierenden, die sich zum ersten Termin fristgerecht angemeldet hatten, wegen eines wichtigen Grundes davon zurückgetreten sind und daher nicht an der Klausur teilgenommen haben.
Der wichtige Grund muss gegenüber dem Prüfungsausschuss gem. § 39 Abs. 2 StudPrO 2020 substantiiert dargelegt und glaubhaft gemacht worden sein.
