Unsere Vision zielt auf ein mehrgängiges multisensuelles oder gar sensualistisches Festmahl. Akustische und visuelle sowie alle anderen erreichbaren Sinneswahr¬nehmungen sollen idealerweise gleichberechtigt zum Zuge kommen. Die musikalischen Mittel reichen von der Tafelmusik über das Gemüseorchester bis zum
Kartoffelchipknuspergeräuschsounddesign. 2007 wurde der Koch Ferrand Andrià auf die internationale Kunst-Ausstellung „documenta" eingeladen. Es wurde eine Kunst bestätigt, die seit Daniel Spoerri & den üblich verdächtigen Futuristen sich als „EatArt" beschreiben lässt. H. Lembke schreibt in seinem Buch: „Die Kunst des Essens": „Indem sich Künstler auf das Essen beziehen, thematisieren sie einen wesentlichen Aspekt des alltäglichen Lebens. Zwei Pole sind benannt: Alltag & Festmahl.
