Im Seminar wird zunächst der Begriff Organisationale Kommunikation definiert und eingegrenzt, anschließend werden die wichtigsten Theorien und Methoden zur Analyse organisationaler Kommunikationsprozesse vermittelt. Der Schwerpunkt liegt dabei auf organisationsinternen Kommunikationsprozessen und deren Betrachtung aus einer anwendungsbezogenen Perspektive. Dazu werden verschiedene Typen organisationaler Kommunikation analysiert und die gewonnenen Erkenntnisse praktisch angewendet. Thema des Seminars ist also Analyse, Planung, Beratung und nicht zuletzt Optimierung verschiedener organisationaler Kommunikationshandlungen.
