250169 Kritische Pädagogik im Kontext von Antidiskriminierung und Rassismuskritik (BS) (WiSe 2011/2012)

In dem Seminar beschäftigen wir uns mit der Leitfrage: was bedeutet (kritisches) Handlungsvermögen im Kontext von sozialen Phänomenen wie Diskriminierung und Rassismus für Pädagoginnen und Pädagogen?
Grundlegend ist die Perspektive einer kritischen Pädagogik (critical pedagogy), die ausgehend von der Analyse gesellschaftlicher Macht- und Herrschafts- Verhältnisse für emanzipatorische Interventionen plädiert.

Der methodische Zugang im Seminar ist ein mehrfacher: theoretische Lektüre/ Input sowie praktische dynamische und interaktive Einzel- und Gruppen-Übungen. Ziel ist die Reflexion der eigenen sozialen Position sowie das Erlernen und Verfeinern eines machtkritischen Handlungsvermögens in pädagogischen Institutionen & Gesellschaft.
