250082 Förderung - das schillernde Konzept der Pädagogik (S) (WiSe 2011/2012)

Kaum ein Konzept erfährt in der Pädagogik so viel Aufmerksamkeit wie das der "Förderung". Immer dann, wenn "Mängel" und "Defizite" auf Seiten der AdressatInnen von Pädagogik festgestellt werden, wird "Förderung" im Sinne eines "Allheilmittels" aufgerufen. Sie erscheint gemeinhin durchweg positiv konnotiert, so erklärt sich die ubiquitäre Fördereuphorie, der wir uns derzeit gegenüber sehen. Selten wird das Konzept der Förderung kritisch und auf seine unbeabsichtigten Nebeneffekte befragt.
Prämissen und Implikationen eines pädagogischen Verständnisses von 'Förderung' werden im Seminar in ihren historischen Wurzeln, gängigen zugrunde gelegten Theorien und aktuellen Debatten erarbeitet und diskutiert.
