In this seminar, we will examine different types of working situations and group them by using Latent Class Analysis. Using these classes, we will analyse who has the best life, work and health satisfaction by estimating Structural Equation Models.

This is an applied methods course which is addressed to students of Master sociology. Advanced knowledge in Latent Class Analysis and Structural Equation Modeling is obligatory.
