Scientists in molecular biology and genome research are confronted with a very broad range of numerous bioinformatic challenges.
In this practical exercises participants will develop Python scripts to address their own problems. They work on a small project and present their solution to the entire class.
General concepts and example scripts will be covered in the seminar 205062.
