Die Vorlesung spannt den Bogen von den Rechten des Altertums über die germanischen Volksrechte, den Aufstieg des römisch-gemeinen Rechts seit dem Hochmittelalter und die Epoche der nationalen Kodifikationen bis zum soeben beginnenden Zeitalter der Wiederge-winnung der europäischen Rechtseinheit.
Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind nicht erforderlich.
Für Hörer im 1. bis 4. Semester.
Durch eine Klausur kann der Leistungsnachweis gemäß § 21 Abs. 2 c), § 20 Abs. 1 Nr. 4 StudPrO 2003 (kleiner Grundlagenschein) erworben werden.
