Aufbauend auf einem ganzheitlichen systemischen Beratungsverständnis, bauen wir unsere Beratungskompetenz auf oder vertiefen sie. Wir lernen das Konzept der "Gesprächsführung in der Beratung von Lehrer*innen, Eltern und Erzieher*innen kennen, trainieren ausgewählte Gesprächsformen und wenden sie in praxisnahen Situationen an. Wir setzen uns mit dem Modell der Kollegialen Beratung auseinander, erleben es exemplarisch und wenden es anschließend in Gruppen in vertrauensvoller Atmosphäre an.
Voraussetzung für die Teilnahme am Seminar ist die Bereitschaft, sich kontinuierlich und persönlich einzulassen, verständnisvoll auf die Anliegen aller Teilnehmer*innen zu reagieren und vertraulich mit den angesprochenen Themen umzugehen.In dieser Veranstaltung findet ein Platzvergabeverfahren statt.
