Die Veranstaltung richtet sich an Studierende mit dem Ziel Grundschullehramt.
Themen der Veranstaltung:
- Sicherheit und Organisation im Schwimmbad
- Biomechanische Grundlagen des Schwimmens
- Anfängerschwimmen (Schwerpunktthema):
o Die Bewegungswelt „Wasser“ erleben und erfahren
o Mit der Bewegungswelt „Wasser“ umgehen lernen (z.B. Gleiten, Tauchen, Kontrolliertes Ein- und Ausatmen, Antrieb erzeugen, Springen)
o Wasserspiele
- Symmetrische (Brustschwimmen) und alternierende (Rücken- und Kraulschwimmen) Schwimmtechniken
In Bezug auf die oben aufgeführten Themen sind neben fachpraktischen vor allem lehrpraktische Kompetenzen zu erwerben.

Requirements for participation, required level

Kann 400 m schwimmen, vom 3-m-Brett springen, 15 m tauchen
