Das Seminar findet z.T. digital, live zur genannten Zeit & z.T. digital, im Selbststudium (online synchron/asynchron) statt.
In diesem Seminar beschäftigen wir uns zunächst mit zentralen Ansätzen, die den Kompetenz- und Professionalisierungsanforderungen an Lehrer*innen zugrunde liegen. Hier werden wir uns insbesondere mit der Frage auseinandersetzen, inwiefern unterschiedliche Professionen auf ein Verstehen von Einzelfällen ausgerichtet sind und welche institutionellen Möglichkeiten und Grenzen dabei relevant werden. In den Blick rücken dabei auch Settings multiprofessioneller Kooperation im Horizont des gemeinsamen Lernens. Im Zentrum stehen zum einen Fragen nach der pädagogischen Professionsentwicklung, nach der Gestaltung pädagogischer Beziehungen sowie Formen und Möglichkeiten professioneller Kooperation im schulischen und außerschulischen Bereich sowie die Auseinandersetzung mit der eigenen Berufsrolle.
