Coaching wird von vielen Pädagogen als eine neue professionelle Tätigkeit angesehen. Zum Begriff der Profession gehört u.a. eine klare Vorstellung von einem sinnvollen und notwendigen Curriculum. Wir wollen in einer Art eigenständiger Forschung untersuchen, wie derzeit Coaching-Ausbildungen am Markt durchgeführt werden, welche Inhalte sie vermitteln, welche Voraussetzungen sie erwarten etc. Darüber hinaus soll, wenn möglich, auch eine selbständige Evaluation von einzelnen Ausbildungsgängen angedacht und geplant werden. Im Seminar wird eine hohe eigene Aktivität erfordert, daher werden Interessierte gebeten, sich erst nach einer Rücksprache mit dem Dozenten anzumelden.
