Die Vorlesung wird als Online-Vorlesung (synchron) in dem dafür vorgesehenen Zeitfenster (Di 12-14 Uhr) stattfinden.
Im Seminar beschäftigen wir uns mit dem mentalen Lexikon. Was enthält es? Wie sind die „Einträge“ aufgebaut und geordnet? Wie gelingt der Zugriff?
Diesen Fragen werden wir mithilfe von Modellen zur Sprachproduktion und –rezeption nachgehen und verschiedene Modelle einander gegenüberstellen. Darüber hinaus werden wir Erkenntnisse aus experimentellen und nicht-experimentellen Untersuchungen hinzuziehen (z.B. Lexikalische Entscheidung, tip-of-the-tongue Phänomen, Versprecher, Bild-Wort-Interferenz-Paradigma), um mehr über Arbeitsweise und Aufbau des mentalen Lexikons zu erschließen.
Die Studierenden lesen (überwiegend) englischsprachige Texte und erarbeiten gemeinsam eine Interpretation der Ergebnisse in Bezug auf das mentale Lexikon.
