Interkulturelle Erziehung, interkulturelles Lernen sind wesentliche Bausteine einer Pädagogik in einer multikulturellen Gesellschaft.
Kinder und Jugendliche aus Familien mit einer Migrationsgeschichte weisen eine große Vielfalt hinsichtlich ihrer nationalen, kulturellen und ethnischen Herkunft auf. Sie sind ein fester und ein weiter wachsender Anteil aller Kinder und Jugendlicher im deutschen Schulsystem. Das Bildungssystem beginnt erst jetzt, sich auf die Herausforderung einer multikulturellen Schülerschaft einzustellen.
Eine Sensibilisierung der deutschen Mehrheitsgesellschaft, ein Umdenken hinsichtlich der Wahrnehmung und Gestaltung der Multikulturalität unserer Gesellschaft als positive Ressource ist die Zielsetzung.
Neben Theorieelementen und Beispielen aus dem Schulleben werden Hospitationen angeboten.
