Die Diskussion um den konzeptionellen und theoretischen Ansatz der Dienstleistung in der Sozialen Arbeit ist ein Hinweis auf neue zentrale Entwicklungslinien in der Sozialen Arbeit. Dabei geht es zum einen um die Einbeziehung der Organisation in einen professionellen Entwurf Sozialer Arbeit und zum anderen um die Analyse einer quasi marktlichen Angebotsorientierung und Leistungsbegründung in den Sozialen Diensten. Ziel des Seminars ist es, Grundwissen über diese neuen Formen in der Sozialen Arbeit zu vermitteln und sie auf ihre Entwicklungsperspektive hin zu befragen.
