Das Seminar verfolgt konstruktivistische Perspektiven auf gesellschaftspolitisch relevante „Probleme“ und erörtert, wie diese erst im Zuge eines sozialen und oftmals konfliktgeladenen Deutungsprozesses ihre „Realität“ erhalten. Nicht die Lösung eines für „zweifelsfrei wirklich“ genommenen gesellschaftlichen Übels, sondern das historische Entstehen einer gesellschaftlichen Problemperspektive steht hier also im Zentrum des soziologischen Interesses. Das Seminar mobilisiert hierfür theoretische Ansätze, die sich der Frage annehmen, wie Expertenwissen, und nicht zuletzt sozialwissenschaftliche Expertise, die Konstitution sozialpolitischer Problemfelder und gesellschaftlicher Wirklichkeiten bestimmt.

Das Seminar findet wöchentlich online statt und beginnt am 02.11.20 mit einer Einführungssitzung. Der Zoom-Link wird rechtzeitig über den E-Mail-Verteiler publiziert.
