Die Veranstaltung „Prüfungstraining SPB 2“ (Belegnr. 291024 im WS 2020/21) richtet sich an Studierende des Schwerpunktbereichs „Unternehmens- und Wirtschaftsrecht“. Sie soll den Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmern verdeutlichen, welche Fertigkeiten bei der Anfertigung einer rechtswissenschaftlichen Themenhausarbeit, wie sie als Prüfungsleistung im SPB 2 verlangt wird, gefragt sind und welche (auch formalen und stilistischen) Mindeststandards dabei eingehalten werden müssen. Es werden nicht zuletzt Tipps für die Recherche einschlägiger Literatur und Rechtsprechung gegeben.
Die Veranstaltung hat einen Umfang von insgesamt 1 SWS und findet am 22. Januar 2021 in der Zeit von 10:30 Uhr bis 15:00 Uhr als ONLINE-Blockveranstaltung statt; die Zugangsdaten wurden allen über das ekVV angemeldeten Teilnehmerinnen/Teilnehmern per E-Mail bekannt gegeben.
