Die Erwachsenen- und Weiterbildung stellt gemessen an der Zahl der Erwerbstätigen den größten Sektor im Bildungsbereich dar. Sie ist durch eine große Vielfalt unterschiedlicher Träger und Einrichtungen gekennzeichnet. Kommunale, Kirchliche, Gewerkschaftliche, Betriebliche und kommerzielle Erwachsenen- und Weiterbildungsträger unterstützen Lern- und Bildungsprozesse Erwachsener mit je eigenen Akzentuierungen. In der Veranstaltung erarbeiten wir uns einen Überblick über dieses institutionelle Feld. Sie erlangen Orientierungswissen über die Entstehung der Weiterbildungslandschaft in Deutschland und lernen, unterschiedliche Träger und Einrichtungen mit ihren pädagogischen Leitvorstellungen und Programmen darin einzuordnen. Exemplarisch werden wir uns mit einzelnen Weiterbildungseinrichtungen vertiefend auseinandersetzen. Die Auswahl ist dabei offen für Ihre Interessensschwerpunkte. Es ist auch möglich, Vertreter*innen aus der Praxis ins (digitale) Seminar einzuladen.
