Strafrecht: Eigentums- und VermögensdelikteIn einem wöchtlichen Audio-Podcast beschäftigen wir uns mit den klassischen Problembereichen zum strafrechtlichen Schutz von Eigentum und Vermögen. Im Zentrum stehen Sachbeschädigung / Diebstahl / Betrug / Erpressung.
Am Ende des Semesters wird eine Klausur angeboten; in den Semesterferien kann eine Hausarbeit angefertigt werden.
Die Veranstaltung wird von Tutorials und der Online-Plattform LernraumPlus begleitet.
