Akademik düzeyde bir Türkçe bilgisi, öğrencilik ve meslek hayatında daha başarılı olabilmek için Almanya’da pek az kişinin sahip olduğu önemli bir potansiyel kaynaktır. Türkçe’yi günlük hayatta konuşabilmek ve medyayı takip edebilmek, Türkçe bilimsel metinleri anlamak için her zaman yeterli olmamaktadır. Bilimsel metinleri anlama yetisi, bu alana dair ek kelime ve gramer bilgisi gerektirmektedir. Bu ders, Türkçe bilgilerini akademik seviyeye taşımak isteyen öğrencilere yöneliktir. Dersin sonunda öğrencilerin, bilimsel metinlerde ve sunumlarda sıklıkla kullanılan önemli kelime ve kalıpları anlayabilmesi ve kısmen aktif olarak kullanabilmesi amaçlanmaktadır.
