Die im Seminar "Organisationale Kommunikation 1" erworbenen Kenntnisse werden in diesem Seminar weiter aus- und aufgebaut. Der Schwerpunkt liegt dabei nicht mehr nur auf innerbetrieblicher Kommunikation sondern bezieht auch Prozesse der Kommunikation von Organisationen nach außen (Werbung, Kundenkontakt und -bindung, PR) und untereinander (Geschäftskunden, btb etc.) mit ein. Die Grenzen zur öffentlichen Kommunikation werden dabei immer wieder überschritten, weshalb sich die Seminare "Organisationale Kommunikation 2" und "Öffentliche Kommunikation" thematisch oft berühren und ergänzen.
