Über 30 Jahre Forschung und Neurowissenschaften stehen uns heute bereits zur Verfügung, wenn wir uns mit der Frage beschäftigen: wie kann Achtsamkeit in der modernen Gesellschaft gestaltet werden. Fundierte Studien zeigen erstaunliche Ergebnisse in den Schlüsselbereichen: Aufmerksamkeit, Impulskontrolle, emotionale Kontrolle und soziale Kompetenz. So ist Achtsamkeit eine Fähigkeit wie Mathematik, Sport, Musik oder Kunst. Regelmäßiges Üben verschafft die Möglichkeit, sie zu nutzen, wenn wir sie brauchen.
Was bedeutet Achtsamkeit-in-Schulen?
Achtsamkeit bedeutet, dass wir alles, was im gegenwärtigen Moment geschieht bewusst wahrnehmen- unsere Gedanken, Gefühle, Körperempfindungen und Sinnesreize der äußeren Umgebung.Entscheidend ist, dass wir dabei das Erlebte mit einer offenen Haltung beobachten und wertfrei annehmen. Mit der Praxis der Achtsamkeit üben wir, selbstbewusst vom gewohnten Reaktions-Modus in den reinen Beobachter-Modus zu schalten und uns den positiven Geisteszuständen von z.B. Freundlichkeit, Selbstfürsorge und Mitgefühl zu öffnen.
Im Seminar werden wir intensiv mit dem Konzept der Achtsamkeit in Berührung kommen und uns auch mit dem englischen Begriff Mindfulness beschäftigen.
