Wie werden Programme und Angebote für die Erwachsenenbildung oder Personalentwicklung geplant? Bedarfsermittlung, Programmplanung, Weiterbildungsmarketing bis hin zu Entwicklung konkreter Angebote werden gemeinsam erarbeitet. Zugleich erfolgt einen Einblick in die Programmforschung – u.a durch die Programmanalyse von aktuellen Weiterbildungsangeboten.
Das Seminar findet als Online Seminar statt.
