Behandelt werden ausgewählte Kapitel der Numerischen und Angewandten Mathematik wie zum Beispiel die näherungsweise Lösung nichtlinearer Gleichungen oder die Approximation von Funktionen. Ferner werden ausgewählte praktische Aufgaben mathematisch formuliert und gelöst, etwa die Auswahl des besten Stromanbieters.
