Der Gleichheitsgrundsatz ist ein zentrales Credo der modernen Ethik. Dessen ungeachtet leben wir in einer Welt von Ungleichbehandlung, Ausgrenzung und Diskriminierung. Gegenstand dieses Seminars und des Nachfolgeseminars "Inklusion, Exklusion, Diversität 2" im Sommersemester 2021 sind die vielfältigen Formen der Ungleichbehandlung aus ethischer Sicht: Wann und warum ist Ungleichbehandlung ethisch falsch und wie sollte man darauf reagieren? Dabei haben die Seminare unterschiedliche Schwerpunkte, an denen diese generellen Fragen bearbeitet werden. Im Wintersemester liegt dieser Schwerpunkt beim Rassismus, im Sommersemester beim Umgang mit behinderten Menschen. Eine Teilnahme an nur einem der beiden Seminare ist möglich, ich empfehle aber, sich auf das ganze Projekt einzulassen.
Das Seminar findet ohne Präsenzveranstaltungen statt. Es ist auch für Studierende geeignet, die auf eine asynchrone Beteiligung angewiesen sind.

Die Veranstaltung richtet sich primär an Bachelor-Studierende, die sich nicht mehr ganz am Anfang ihres Studiums befinden.

Für die Teilnahme ist es nötig, sich noch einmal gesondert im Lernraum-Plus anzumelden. Wie das genau vor sich geht, werden Sie rechtzeitig erfahren. Wer eine Studienleistung erbringen möchte, muss sich an einer Online-Arbeitsgruppe aktiv beteiligen. Eine bloße Teilnahme ist aber auch ohne Arbeitsgruppe möglich.
