Der Begriff Prosodie fasst die suprasegmentalen Merkmale (Akzent, Dauer, Lautstärke, Intonation, Rhythmus...) einer Sprache zusammen und soll im Seminar im Hinblick auf das Deutsche näher betrachtet werden. Im Mittelpunkt steht dabei die Frage, wie syntaktische Strukturen systematisch auf der prosodischen Ebene realisiert werden.
Das Ziel des Seminar ist es, sich nicht nur mit theoretischen Annahmen und Überlegungen zur Prosodie auseinander zu setzen, sondern auch die Methoden und " Wekzeuge " zu ihrer Analyse kennen zu lernen.
