Die Vorlesung gibt einen Überblick über zentrale Themen der Pädagogischen-Psychologie und soll Studierenden eine Orientierungshilfe für Schwerpunktsetzungen in Studium und Beruf geben. Die Vorlesung führt dabei anhand ausgewählter Themen in die allgemein- und differentialpsychologischen Grundlagen der pädagogischen Psychologie ein und gibt einen Überblick zum Stand der Forschung insbesondere in folgenden Bereichen: Lernen, Lehren, Motivieren, Intervenieren. Konkret werden u.a. die folgenden Themen behandelt: Grundzüge des menschlichen Gedächtnisses, Formen des Wissenserwerbs, Prinzipien des selbstgesteuerten Lernens, Lernstrategien, Lehr-Lernmodelle, instruktionspsychologisch begründetes Lehren und Lernen, Formen der Lernmotivation, Bedingungen und Folgen der Lernmotivation, Ansätze der Motivationsförderung.

Hinweis zum Diplomstudiengang Psychologie: Die Vorlesung ist im Rahmen des internen Curriculums der Pädagogischen Psychologie dem Basisbereich zugeordnet. (Der Nachweis der Teilnahme erfolgt über das Anfertigen von Lernprotokollen. Leistungen analog zu einer aktiven Teilnahme s.u.)
