Dieses Seminar hat sowohl die Erarbeitung theoretischer Grundlagen der Didaktik der Erwachsenenbildung als auch die Diskussion von praktischen Konsequenzen zum Ziel. Zur Annäherung erfolgt ein Überblick über unterschiedliche theoretische Zugänge. Im Anschluss sollen von den Teilnehmer/innen Seminareinheiten auf Basis unterschiedlicher didaktischer Modelle Konzipiert und durchgeführt werden. Theorie-Praxisbezüge werden hinsichtlich von unterschiedlichen pädagogischen Handlungsfeldern diskutiert.
In diesem Sinne wird erwartet, dass sich die Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer regelmäßig und aktiv am Seminar beteiligen und bereit sind die Gestaltung einer Seminareinheit zu übernehmen.
