Das Seminar findet digital, live zur genannten Zeit & z.T. digital, im Selbststudium (online synchron/asynchron) statt.
In medienpädagogischen Debatten rund um Konzepte von Medienkompetenz, Medienbildung, digitaler Bildung sowie Mediatisierung, Digitalisierung und Digitalität stellt sich immer wieder die Frage nach der Wechselseitigkeit von Bildung und Digitalisierungsprozessen. Nach einer Einführung in aufgeführte Begriffe und Konzepte sollen in zwei Arbeitsphasen folgende Fragen berücksichtigt werden:
Welche Rolle spielen die adressierten Kinder und Jugendlichen in dem zugrundliegende Bildungsverständnis? Wie soll Medienbildung im Sinne eines souveränen Umgangs mit digitalen Medien mit dem Ziel der Teilhabe in einer digitalisierten Welt aussehen?

Die Studienleistung kann über die Mitarbeit in eigenständigen (Gruppen)Arbeitsphasen mit einer Dokumentation im Lernraum plus (Glossar, Video, Forum) erworben werden.
Eine unbenotete Prüfungsleistung kann in Form eines Lerntagebuches erbracht werden.
