Im Rahmen der Veranstaltung wird in die konfokale Laser scanning Mikroskopie (CLSM) und deren Anwendung anhand konkreter Fragestellungen eingeführt. Es werden die erforderlichen technischen Ausstattungen und deren Anwendung inkl. der damit verbundenen arbeitssicherheitsrelevanten Vorgaben besprochen. Zudem wird ein Schwerpunkt auf die Planung und das Design von Experimenten am CLSM gelegt.
