Die Vorlesung beschäftigt sich mit dem (objektiven wie subjektiven) Quantifizieren und Ordnen von Risiken sowie ihrer Versicherung auf Märkten.
Nach einer Wiederholung der wesentlichen wahrscheinlichkeitstheoretischen Konzepte ordnen wir Risiken zunächst mit Hilfe des Begriffes der stochastischen Dominanz und untersuchen, inwiefern man mit dieser Hilfe bereits ökonomische Entscheidungen treffen kann. Dann verfeinern wir die Analyse durch die Einführung der Erwartungsnutzentheorie und führen den Begriff der Risikoaversion für monetäre Lotterien ein. Mit Hilfe dieser Theorie können wir dann subjektiv optimale Entscheidungen bei Versicherungs- und Finanzproblemen untersuchen. Schließlich beschäftigen wir uns noch mit den Prinzipien der Lebens- und Schadensversicherung sowie neueren Ansätzen der Risikomessung auf Finanzmärkten.Prüfung
Die Prüfungen zu den Modulen „Einführung in die Finanzmathematik“ und „Fortgeschrittene Mikroökonomik“ finden dieses Wintersemester als mündliche Prüfung am Dienstag, den 9. März, statt. Die Vorlesung kann im Rahmen des Moduls Finanzmathematik für die Ausbildung zum Aktuar der DAV e.V. (Deutsche Aktuarsvereinigung) angerechnet werden. Hierfür ist der erfolgreiche Abschluss des Moduls Finanzmathematik nötig.Ablauf
Die Vorlesung findet dieses Semester als eine Kombination aus Selbststudium und wöchentlichen zoom-meetings (mittwochs ab 16:15) statt. Sie erhalten ein Skript zum Selbsstudium. Im zoom-meeting werden dann einzelne Themen aus dem Skript vertiefend besprochen, sowie Fragen und Übungsaufgaben diskutiert.
Detaillierte Informationen zum Ablauf erhalten Sie Mitte Oktober über den Veranstaltungsverteiler per Email.
