Die Ringvorlesung soll einerseits einen Überblick über Forschungs- und Arbeitsfelder im Bereich Deutsch als Fremd- und Zweitsprache geben, andererseits unterschiedliche Gruppen in diesem Bereich (BA- und MA-Studierende, Lehrende, Forschende, Praktiker*innen) diverser Arbeitsbereiche die Möglichkeit für einen interdisziplinären Austausch bieten.
Dementsprechend thematisieren Vorträge von Lehrenden und Doktorand*innen der Fächer DaF/DaZ und (Auslands-)Germanistik sowie Vertreter*innen diverser Arbeitsbereiche die gesamte Bandbreite von Forschung und Praxis der Vermittlung von Deutsch in eigen- und fremdkulturellen Kontexten. Es wird ausgeglichen sowohl über über laufende Forschungsprojekte als auch über die Praxis berichtet. Im Anschluss gibt es jeweils ausreichend Zeit und Möglichkeit, um miteinander ins Gespräch zu kommen.Das Programm wird Mitte Oktober 2020 bekanntgegeben.

Die Ringvorlesung ist ein Pflichtseminar des Orientierungsmoduls des Masterstudiengangs "Deutsch als Fremdsprache und Germanistik". Als solche setzt sie keine spezifischen Vorkenntnisse bzw. den Abschluss bestimmter Module voraus. Gleichermaßen ist sie auch für alle Interessierten (v.a. Studierende des Bachelorstudiengangs "Deutsch als Fremd- und Zweitsprache", aber auch Studierende anderer Fächer sowie Gasthörer*innen etc.) offen.
