Möchten Sie Teil einer Studierendengruppe sein, die Gedichte übersetzt und veröffentlicht? In diesem Kurs übersetzen wir englischsprachigen Gedichte von dem Autor und Verleger Dennis Malonney ins Deutsche (https://www.whitepine.org/). Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten, um sich in dieser vielfältigen und zweisprachigen Arbeit individuell einzubringen. Ob Sie lieber mit dem Autor kommunizieren, literarischen Zusammenhängen nachgehen, aktiv bei der Übersetzung helfen, die literarische Übersetzung erarbeiten oder sie lektorieren wollen, ist Ihnen überlassen.

Motivierte Studierende mit Englisch Niveau B1 und höher sind herzlich willkommen!Would you like to be part of a group of students that translates and publishes books? In this course we translate from English poems written by the North American author and publisher Dennis Maloney (https://www.whitepine.org/) into German. There are many ways to get involved individually in this bilingual work. Whether you prefer to communicate with the author, to pursue literary relationships, to actively assist in the translation, to develop the literary translation or to proofread it -- is up to you.
