Welche Kampfsportarten eignen sich für den Schulsport und wie lassen sich Unterrichtsvorhaben begründen und realisieren?
Im Rahmen des Seminars sollen die TeilnehmerInnen grundlegende Fertigkeiten im Bereich Ringen und Kämpfen, sowie die für den Schulunterricht relevanten didaktisch-methodischen Kenntnisse erwerben. Die einzelnen Sitzungen setzen sich deshalb aus einem kurzen theoretischen und einen dazugehörigen längeren praktischen Teil zusammen. Angaben zum vertiefenden Selbststudium werden vom Veranstalter in den ersten drei Sitzungen zur Verfügung gestellt.
Für die Sitzungen wird reißfeste, enganliegende Kleidung empfohlen. Das Tragen von Schützern (Tief-, Brust- und Mundschutz) und Schonern (Knie- und Ellenbogenschoner) ist nicht notwendig aber zulässig, das Tragen von Schuhen (außer Ringer- und Boxerstiefel) ist nicht erlaubt.
