270131 Lebenslanges Lernen im europäischen Verlgeich (S) (SoSe 2006)

Im Jahr 2000 haben die europäischen Regierungschef den sogenannten ¿Lissabon-Prozess¿ angestoßen, indem sie beschlossen, ¿Europa bis 2010 zum wissensbasiertesten, dynamischsten Wirtschaftraum der Welt¿ zu entwickeln. Wir befinden uns mitten in diesem Prozess. Über Auswirkungen und Veränderungen im Bildungswesen soll in diesem Seminar geforscht und nachgedacht werden.
Die zentrale Frage lautet: WER lernt WO mit WEM WAS lebenslang? Ein kritische Bestandsaufnahme und eine Analyse der Lernbedingungen und ¿voraussetzungen sollen die Grundlage für eine Beurteilung der aktuellen Situation im Lebenslangen Lernen bilden.

Recherche: Zur Vorbereitung wird empfohlen zum Thema ¿Lissabon-Prozess¿ Informationen zu sammeln. Die EU-Dokumente und Berichte über europäische Maßnahmen sind relativ gut im Internet dokumentiert. Eine Erstorientierung zum Thema wird im Seminar vorausgesetzt.
