Gilbert Ryles „Der Begriff des Geistes“ ist nicht nur ein Klassiker der Philosophie der normalen Sprache (ordinary language philosophy), sondern auch ein Meilenstein der Philosophie des Geistes. Sein Einfluß auf die zeitgenössische Debatte kann gar nicht unterschätzt werden.

Wir werden das Buch in seiner bei Reclam erschienenen deutschen Übersetzung lesen. Die Anschaffung wird empfohlen.
