299020 Verfassungsgerichtsbarkeit im internationalen Vergleich (BS) (SoSe 2020)

Bei dem Seminar soll es darum gehen, Aufgaben, Arbeitsweisen und Funktionen der "Verfassungsgerichte" verschiedener Länder zu erarbeiten und zu vergleichen. Neben den "klassischen" nationalen "Verfassungsgerichten" werden aber auch Gerichte wie z.B. EuGH und EGMR behandelt, die in den vergangenen Jahrzehnten - nach nicht unwidersprochen gebliebener Auffassung - zunehmend als "Verfassungsgerichte" tätig geworden sind. Die Anmeldung zu dem Seminar erfolgt ausschließlich per Email (vhellmann@uni-bielefeld.de), wobei die Plätze in der Reihenfolge der Anmeldungen vergeben werden. Erworben werden können ein Grundlagenschein oder eine Schlüsselqualifikation; die Fertigung einer Hausarbeit im Öffentlichen Recht ist ebenfalls möglich. Ob auch eine Hausarbeit im SPB 10 angeboten werden kann, wird noch geprüft. Eine Vorbesprechung findet zu Beginn des Semesters statt.
